He has been incarcerated since March, 2004. He was given a 30 year sentence although he signed a plea agreement for an 8 to 12 year sentence. The Officer who investigated and prosecuted his case has been fired over a year ago for fraudulent evidence during an investigation and now I am trying to obtain an investigation into his case. I have documentation written by my son, Randall Lee Daniels, age 46 of the gross misconduct and violation of rights by this deputy during his investigation.
